Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and had a lovely view of the French Quarter, just what we needed for the night. The staff, especially Nolan at the front door, was a standout, providing excellent customer service. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk anywhere and easily find cabs. A wonderful hotel to treat yourself to for a night or two.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit extraordinary. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit cramped for personal items. Dining at ACME Oyster Co was a highlight of my trip. The facilities were top-notch, making my experience even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, though on the smaller side, are well-appointed with a fabulous bed and a premium view. The staff members, from Carlos in the motor court to Cynthia at brunch, were incredibly hospitable and professional. The location in the French Quarter on Royal Street is great for those wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some room for improvement in the breakfast options. However, the facilities were satisfactory and well-maintained.
The hotel’s location is lovely, right in the center of the New Orleans French Quarter, making all the city has to offer readily available. The rooms, though small, are clean and basic, with service that is incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the dining was not inexpensive, and the fish dishes were wonderful. The value for money could be improved, given the prices charged for services.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, offering breathtaking views over the Mississippi River, and the food was exceptional. However, there were some maintenance issues like tricky light switches and a TV signal problem, indicating a lack of attention to comfort and upkeep.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with small rooms and disappointing bathrooms, but redeems itself with attentive service and a great location close to all the action. The walls are thin, making noise an issue, but the staff goes out of their way to assist guests.
